Hanoi – Dalat – Ho Chi Minh

DAY 01: HANOI ARRIVAL (PRIVATE CAR)

Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, meet & greet by Driver. You will transfer to hotel to rest and free at leisure. In the evening, opt for a leisurely stroll through the Old Quarter, a lively labyrinth of historic streets filled with markets, street food, and colonial-era architecture. Experience the energetic pulse of the city and perhaps enjoy a bowl of Pho or Banh Mi from a street vendor. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI – HALONG OVERNIGHT (PRIVATE CAR + JOIN TOUR)

In the morning, you have breakfast and free time at the hotel. 08:30 Pick up from your hotel at the lobby in the center.

12:00 - 12:30 You will be taken aboard our support vessel and travel from the wharf via the bay to board our luxurious craft, Peony Cruises. Itinerary briefing is announced during this time.

13:00 Welcome fresh drinks, wet towels and a special lunch of fresh food and an assortment of appetizing delicacies will be served. You will be enchanted when decadently dining on our luxury junk. Life just doesn't get better than this! We then set sail for Lan Ha Bay - A member of the World’s Most Beautiful Bays. Enjoy the delicious luncheon of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing delicacies while cruising along Lan Ha Bay with the breathtaking scenery.

15:30 Visiting Tra Bau area where has known as an area famous for its unspoiled, poetic natural beauty and attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay. This is the best time for kayaking to discover the truest beauty of the limestone islands. Immerse yourself in the emerald green water of the bay or enjoy the Jacuzzi pool on the Peony Cruises.

17:30 - 18:30 Joining us for cooking demonstration to learn how to make one of the most famous Vietnamese cuisines, the spring rolls. Or reach the top deck of the cruise where the guests can admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Enjoy a Happy Hour time – BUY ONE GET ONE FREE at the bar. It is an ideal time for photography enthusiasts to capture the greatest moment of sunset over Lan Ha Bay.

19:30 Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served by our skillful chef. This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.

21:00 - 22:00 Relax and sip the exotic cocktails and drinks at the sky bar (with surcharge). Indulge yourself with spa service (optional) or simply relax on the top deck just under the cover of a brightly illuminated sky. Or try to get your luck at the squid fishing on the main deck.

DAY 03: HALONG – HANOI CITY TOUR & EGG COFFEE WORKSHOP (PRIVATE CAR + PRIVATE TOUR IN HANOI)

6:00 Begin the day full of energy with the Tai Chi session and enjoy the sun just rising up beyond the horizon.

6:45 - 7:15 Breakfast is served while cruising back to Gia Luan jetty. (Breakfast time maybe adjust and follow the real itinerary)

7:30 - 9:00 You will join the tour of Cat Ba World Biosphere by transshipment. It takes 30 minutes to transfer from Gia Luan to Trung Trang – one of the most impressive caves in Cat Ba Island, Vietnam. The limestone cave has thousands of stalactites in various shapes, offering geological values with a typical cave ecosystem.

9:30 Return to the main boat from the cave and the guests will do the cabin check out. Luggage is placed outside of the cabin. Brunch is served at the restaurant. Settle the bar bill by the desk at the restaurant (if any)

10:30 - 11:00 Disembark the Peony Cruises and transfer back to Block #34, Big Bay group terminal, Tuan Chau Marina. Relax and wait for the luggage.

11:30 - 12:00 The guests are ready at Tuan Chau Marina. The Driver and Guide will pick you up and drive to Hanoi. Upon returning to Hanoi, explore Vietnam’s famous egg coffee in a hands-on workshop. Learn its unique history and brewing techniques before sampling your own creation. Later, visit Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy a cup of this iconic coffee at Café Giảng or the charming Hidden Gem Café (self-expense). You will have dinner before coming to the hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 04: HANOI – DALAT BY FLIGHT (EXCLUDED AIRFARE) (PRIVATE TOUR + AIRPORT TRANSFER)

Begin your morning with a deep dive into Hanoi’s rich history and cultural heritage:

- Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum – Pay tribute to Vietnam’s revered leader at this solemn memorial.

- One Pillar Pagoda – Admire this unique Buddhist temple, built in the shape of a lotus flower.

- Temple of Literature – Explore Vietnam’s first university, a beautifully preserved homage to Confucian scholarship. After soaking in Hanoi’s history, proceed to Noi Bai International Airport for your flight to Dalat, a charming city tucked away in Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Known for its cool climate, lush pine forests, and picturesque lakes, Dalat offers a refreshing contrast to Hanoi’s bustling streets. Upon arrival, meet & greet by Driver and Guide. You'll embrace the city’s peaceful atmosphere with:

- A scenic walk around Xuan Huong Lake, a tranquil spot perfect for unwinding.

- A visit to the Dalat Flower Market, where you’ll be dazzled by vibrant blooms. Enjoy a relaxing evening in this beautiful mountain retreat before gearing up for the next day coffee adventure. Overnight in Dalat.

DAY 05: FULL DAY EXPERIENCE OF DALAT RURAL CULTURE (JOIN TOUR)

After having breakfast, you have free time until the Driver picks you up at your hotel to join tour by motorbike. You will have 8 hours with the following activities:

- Experience the 3 hours tour “From farm to cup of coffee” at Tam Trinh coffee Garden.

- Visit Elephant Falls – one of the 5 most majestic waterfalls in Lam Dong.

- Learn about traditional occupations in rural Lam Dong such as: silk, weaving, mushroom, growing, …

After that, come back to the hotel. Overnight in Dalat.

DAY 06: DALAT CITY TOUR – GARDEN CAFE (PRIVATE TOUR)

Wake up to the fresh, crisp air of Dalat and set out on an exploration of the city’s most unique attractions:

Crazy House – Step into a surreal architectural wonder that blends nature, whimsy, and fantasy. Designed by architect Dang Viet Nga, this unconventional structure resembles a twisted treehouse, with tunnels, winding staircases, and bizarrely-shaped rooms that feel straight out of a dream.

Dalat Railway Station – One of Vietnam’s oldest train stations, built in the 1930s with charming French-colonial architecture. Admire the vintage trains and learn about its rich history as you wander through this nostalgic landmark.

Truc Lam Zen Monastery – A peaceful retreat overlooking Tuyen Lam Lake, where you can soak in panoramic views, explore beautifully manicured gardens, and experience the tranquil atmosphere of this Buddhist monastery.

After that, escape to a garden café surrounded by pine forests and rolling hills.

Salt Coffee – A unique Dalat specialty with a balanced mix of creamy, salty, and rich coffee flavors.

Coconut Coffee – A fragrant and refreshing Vietnamese twist, blending espresso with smooth coconut milk.

DAY 7: DALAT TO HO CHI MINH CITY BY FLIGHT (EXCLUDED AIRFARe) (PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFER + TOUR)

In the morning, you have breakfast and free at leisure until the Driver pick you up to Dalat Airport for domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, meet & greet by Driver and Guide and proceed to hotel for check in.

In the afternoon, embark on a journey through Vietnam’s rich coffee history with a visit to Café Cheo Leo, one of the oldest coffee establishments in Saigon, dating back to 1938. Experience the wood-fire roasting technique, a traditional method that gives the coffee its unique, smoky aroma. Listen to stories from the café’s owners, who have preserved this time-honored craft across generations. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

DAY 8: HO CHI MINH COFFEE TRAIL & LOCAL ROASTER EXPERIENCE (PRIVATE TOUR)

Prepare for an immersive day diving into Ho Chi Minh City’s thriving coffee scene, from modern specialty brewers to hidden gems that have stood the test of time.

Morning: Specialty Coffee at The Workshop

Begin your day at The Workshop Coffee, one of Saigon’s leading specialty roasters located in District 1.

- Discover the art of roasting coffee and brewing expert baristas.

- Learn the differences between Robusta and Arabica—Vietnam's two most popular coffee beans—and how each impacts flavor, aroma, and strength.

Afternoon: Saigon’s Historic Cafés

Step into the past as you explore Chinatown’s old-school coffee houses, each with its own unique legacy:

- Vot Café – One of the few places in Saigon still using the cloth-filter “Vợt” brewing meth - A tiny, nostalgic space that has been serving traditional Vietnamese coffee in the same way for decades, maintaining its authentic charm. Indulge in Vietnamese iced milk coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá)—a staple of daily life in Saigon, offering a perfect balance of bold coffee and sweet condensed milk. For a unique local twist, try Egg Coffee, made in true Saigon style with its creamy, velvety texture. After that, return to the hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA – HO CHI MINH (JOIN TOUR)

07:30 – 08:00 Pick you up at your hotel

An unforgettable way of seeing the Mekong Delta is driving along the provincial roads down on the Southern region of Vietnam through paddy rice field, pine-apple plantation, orchard and small hamlets (2 hours drive). After arrival in My Tho, you will ride on a local motor boat along Dragon Island, Unicorn Island, Phoenix Island, Turtle Island and stop at the famous Unicorn Island. While at the Unicorn Island, you will visit natural pure honey at a bee keeping farm, taste some honey wine, rice wine, banana wine… Walking on the village and taking rowing boat along the nature water coconut canal to see local’s daily life in Mekong Delta. From there, you will continue your motor boat trip to Ben Tre province to visit a handmade coconut candy workshop. Then transfer to a small motor boat and travel along the lush, green canals, and stop at local restaurant for Vietnamese lunch.

After lunch, we'll visit another area on the Unicorn Island:

+ Enjoying some kinds of tropical fruits at the orchard garden and listening to the Southern traditional music.

+ Local boat will take you back to My Tho, then the bus will drive you back to Saigon.

17:00 – 17:30 Drop off at your hotels. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE (PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFER)
